Bookcases
We recently acquired some black bookcases from a friend and at first had them in the office then we got some new bookcases that were much more fitting for the space and I decided that Mickaela's room needed some shelving but black would not do. So I painted the book cases brown then added some girlie touches...ribbon around the edge and fabric in the back topped off with some pink and while tubs and voila...

Mickaela's first kiss...
So I have a wonderful friend named Alison Treadaway (her blog is on my list). She was so gracious to keep our beautiful girl while I worked last week after loosing our sitter. Even better than that she took pictures of Mickaela and Parker (her almost 1 year old son).
Here is Mickaela's smirk/smile :) she was having fun with Aunt Ali!
She got a little surprised by the flash...
Parker was mimicking Mickaela as she played on the floor :)
So apparently this is Parker going in for the "kill" ;) Mickaela got her first several kisses I was told.
This was parker teaching Mickaela what to do with the toys on her bouncy seat :) What a big helper!!
Mick and I are constantly amazed by God's grace in our life, this is one of the ways he has shown me that He is soverign and that he is taking care of us. Thank you Ali for caring for my little girl while I couldn't be there to do it myself. Right now she is playing with our other friend Lindsay and later this week Miss Ange will be taking care of her. WHAT A HUGE BLESSING!!! I can't begin to tell you the kind of peace I have been given. And what joy it brings me to know that Mickaela is being taken care of people in our community of friends who love her and care for her like she was their own.
Ladies, Thank you!
